Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at creekfreak@creekfreakmasterbaits.com to discuss a return or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

Return Process

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have a return, contact us at creekfreak@creekfreakmasterbaits.com for an address.  To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
